Gold - Fantasy Football Keeper Cap League

Rookie/Free Agent draft will start on August 12th, all Leagues will participate in the Rookie/Free agent draft to fill all open roster spots. Each team must have at least 1 QB 2 RB 2 WR 1 TE 1 K and 1 D. The remaining 9 positions will be left to you. Any team that does not draft the required players will have their pick removed and a player added for them. Please make sure to draft what you need. The drafts will be held live in our programs draft room. I will turn these on over the next week so teams can start ranking their players. The first round will have a max time limit of 6 hours. This will be done to ensure that all owners are alive and picking. If pick times run out, the commissioner will be forced to make the selection for that team. There will be auto que pick selections owners can use to help ensure you get your pick in as fast as possible.
All drafts need to be completed by August 20. The timer for rounds 2 and so on will have a 4 hour time limit. All rounds will have a delay between 11pm and 6am. If drafts are not completed by August 22, the draft timer will be turned on to two minutes at 7PM ET, that day to complete the draft. All draft orders are posted on the leagues homepage. All rosters are listed on the salary page as well as in the program.

Winter Meetings - May 21 - May 24 for 2024
All teams can talk trade this week and prepare for free agency. Trading will begin weekly during the trading period starting in free agency. Weekly trading rules apply with the last Thursday in the free agency period as the last day trades can be submitted in free agency (6/9/24). Trading will reopen at the start of the season. League Fees are due no later than 5/27/2024 for all teams. If your league fee is not paid, your team will not be allowed to make trades and may be subject to be posted for sale or late fees.

Free Agency Bidding period will be as follows:
Periods: 1 & 2

1) From 5/28 at 12:00 AM until 6/4 at 11:59 PM
Stale bid is 5 days from last bid cast on a player.

2) From 6/5 at 12:00 AM until 6/9 at 6:00 PM
Stale bid is 2 days from last bid cast on a player.

Any bids made after Period two ends will have a 24 hour Stale time from the last bid made. No New Players can be added after period 2. Players on the board will last until they go stale.

Bids must be a minimum of 1 and in minimum increments of .5. You may start a bid at what you feel a player should be bid at as long as it is equal to or greater then 1.

Bids should be posted like this:
Position and Player or Team Name / Bid amount / Team making the bid
Examples: QB Joe Montana / 7 FD's / Executioners
DEF Cowboys / 5 FD's / Executioners

Once a player or team has been bid on, any further bids on that player or team should be done on the same thread. If you want to bid on a posted player or team, click on the bid and post a reply to the post. Each post has the time and date listed. Every time a bid is made the time starts over again just like a new bid. Any Restricted Free Agents not bid on during the free agent period will become a unrestricted free agent and will be available for the FA/Rookie Draft. Once a bid has been placed on the board it is deemed official and will not be removed.

After the 2024 Rookie/Free Agent draft has been completed, the rosters will be locked until the week prior to the start of the season. Trading will then open that week as well per our league rules.

Trading will start one week prior to the start of the season when the leagues reopen for the 2024 season.

A reminder on what can be traded:
Active roster players, FD's, Future Draft picks only if you are paid in full for that season.

Trading of Future Draft Picks (You will only be allowed to trade a future draft pick if you are paid in full for that season. If you are not paid in full for that season, please do not submit the trade as it will not be sent out for a vote) This will be strictly enforced so if you want to trade future draft picks, you should pay for your future years prior to submitting that kind of trade.

All trade requests must be E-mailed to the Commissioner. You must include your team name, player (s) being traded, Salaries of the players in the trade, team name that you are trading with, and the player (s) being acquired with their salaries. Please include the salary of the players in the trade when submitting a trade or it will be sent back to you to resubmit. Trades must be submitted by both teams before the trade deadline each week. The trade deadline is prior to week 11. Rosters must be complete at all times and minimum positions requirements must be maintained. Once a trade is sent out for a vote by the commissioner, the trade is considered official and cannot be taken off the trade board until voted on. The vote will determine the approval or disapproval. The salary of your team must never exceed the salary cap of 45 years. Weekly trading is Tuesday at 9:00 AM EST through Thursday at 9:00 PM EST each week during weeks 1 through 9. The season trade deadline is the Thursday prior to week 11.
